Through the Web, Next Prevención provides Users with information on its e-Learning course services and software for the prevention of occupational hazards.

Once a purchase of any of our subscriptions to the Next Prevención platform has been made, you will receive an email to your email address. Read your email and click on the web link it contains. Your registration will be confirmed and you will be able to log in with your username and password and access the online platform.

4.1. The courses.

The e-learning format gives the course extreme flexibility and can be done when and where it is convenient (at home, at work, on weekends, at night, etc.). At the end of each module, a self-assessment test is offered that allows the user to know their level of knowledge. If at any time a participant has a question or requires some kind of clarification, they can contact their tutor via email, who will answer them within the established deadlines.

When you complete the course, an accrediting certificate will be automatically sent to you in PDF format. The data that appears in said certificate will be obtained from those that you have provided us. You are entirely responsible for the accuracy and veracity of said data. Certificates with data other than those initially offered will not be issued.

You will be able to ask your tutor questions via email while taking the course.

4.2. Software and access to the online platform Next Prevención.

From Next Prevención you can buy a subscription that will give you permission to use our online platform that includes various services such as the use of software for the prevention of ergonomic and psychosocial risks, e-learning courses, content, customer service, etc.

4.3. Prices and payment conditions.

It will be possible to make the payment of the available subscriptions through credit or debit card through the PayPal payment method.

As soon as your payment is approved, the access codes will be sent to you so that you can access the Next Prevención online platform.

4.4. Confirmation of acceptance.

The receipt of acceptance will be confirmed, either by means of an acknowledgment of receipt by email or other equivalent means of communication.





All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind that appear on the Web are the property of Next Prevención or third parties, without it being understood that the use or access to the Web and / or the services gives the user any right over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and / or distinctive signs.

Likewise, the Contents are the intellectual property of Next Prevención or third parties, without being understood to be assigned to the user, by virtue of the provisions of this Legal Notice, none of the exploitation rights that exist or may exist on said Contents go beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Web.
